Walked in as a new customer and was in and out within five minutes after dropping off my vehicle. They clearly explained their current workload and time estimate, and everything was completed right on schedule. I received a text when it was ready, and pickup was quick and painless. I'm not sure how to score this but I just picked up my car on the 1st (alternator replacement) & today it overheated from the short drive from Rural King to Small's Market. I was told it would be checked for any other issues after the replacement was completed.

Hale’s Automotive gave me fair pricing and quality service on my 2021 Chevy Malibu. They handled the electrical repair work with no issues and got everything back up and running. I've been a Hale's RV customer for over 3 years and couldn't be more pleased. In that time, Hale's has: installed new tires; performed routine maintenance; replaced faulty glow plugs; replaced a broken running light and more. Hale's is my 'go to' partner for all things RV.

They were quick to get my car picked up (had to have it towed), and quick to get my car diagnosed, repaired and back on the road again within 24 hours!! Yippee!!

Always great work, recently had tire work done on my trailer. What I thought was just tires needing to be rebalanced were actually defective and unsafe. After the work was completed, pulled that trailer 3k miles with great confidence. That is why I go to Hale's they find problems before they become disasters.
