They charged $20 more than what was on the receipt, claiming the gas tank wasn’t full. That’s not true—I took a picture and video before returning the car. They are such liars. I’ve filed a complaint to the corporate headquarter, Expedia, and the credit card company. Please beware!!!

Had to return to the airport prior to leaving on vacation because the employee didn't check the fuel level in the car and advised that it was full however it only had a half a tank and the website didn't advise that only the person that booked the car was the only one who could drive the vehicle unless paying an extra 15 dollars a day

My car was great. But the customer service was horrible. I requested a car seat when I booked, they charged me 94 dollars but didnt carrry them at that location. I called to make sure the charge was removed and got attitude. I dropped my car off 1 hr b4 time and the guy just said throw the keys on the counter. I asked for a receipt, he refused to provide, I asked if my charge for the car seat was removed, he got very snarky with me and said we told u that already. I took a photo of the keys on the counter. I asked when I would get a receipt and he said when Hertz sends one. No eye contact, no greeting. This ruined my entire experience. I will not go back to this location. I paid alot of money for the car I expect better service.

Don’t rent a car from here?They have the worst service of any place I have ever dealt with.Their staff is rude they will keep your money even if you don’t rent car, Then you call up there and hang up on you ! Hands down worst place on Here!

This is one of the worst businesses ever. The staff is rude. The reservations are unreliable. They once kept calling me saying that I did not turn in the keys. That was NOT true. The keys were turned in on time. I had to go back to the local office and call the 1-800 number and have him tell them that the keys were turned in.
Another time I was called the day before my reservation with them canceling it saying a plane was coming in and they needed the car. I could not believe it. Terrible Customer Service!

Never have the car you paid for, and will not fix it. The man at the desk is absolutely not in the right field of work…. Zero and I mean ZERO customer service skills. His latest stunt was to give a small compact car when I paid extra for a large sedan, I decided not to complain as I knew the guy would be hateful. When I got in the car however the AC was not working correctly. Upon letting the hateful guy know this he said yes it works and when I asked to please have the car I paid for he said he would just fix the situation by cancelling my reservation. He cancelled it and off I went with no car at all. He isn’t just lacking in people skills he goes out of his way to be mean. Will not accommodate in any way at all. I would advise going anywhere else to get a car. There have been complaints and negative reviews and consistent apologies but this rude person is still there treating people horribly. Never had a problem at any other Hertz but the fact they won’t fix the problem at this location is appalling to me.

Superbly rude. I've literally booked hundreds of cars through Hertz and other companies. This is the first time the local company would not accommodate an after-hours drop off. They are requiring 2 extra days of rental.
When I inquired about this, the agent replied abruptly that we are closed. We are not open. You need to rent the car for the entire weekend. Again, this is the first time at an airport location I have ever been told I could not drop off at the FBO (which is open).

I totally agree with other reviews...the manager at this location is toxic and bad for the company as a whole. I feel sorry for the poor guy that was working with him. He refused to give us his name so unfortunately we can't share that.

Folks please read the reviews don't take my word for it and please after reading realize this guy and hertz don't care about there customers look at all the negative comments and the piss poor way hertz as a gold standard company handles the continued poor customer service at this site I'd rather walk than use hertz again my wife end up waiting until 11am for a vehicle that wasn't available at the 8am promised time then told he just didn't want to rent to her because she wanted corporate number and his name due to poor customer service this dude is bad news trust me on this one you will be sorry you did it and as far getting anywhere with hertz good luck you have been well informed good luck

Was in a car accident and my insurance set this up I was 10 late for my pick up time because I was reliant on a ride they were extremely rude chastising me like a child and then refused to let me rent a car. I certainly would not do personal business with someone with this attitude or policy

Haven't even rented from this place but I'm glad I read the comments first. I will NOT be renting from here. Seems like for at minimum, the last 3 months you have staffed the worst possible employees for customer service. I don't want any of that smoke and sorry for anyone who has had to deal with these people and these attitudes. I cant believe what I'm reading in the comments and the lack of care hertz has about this alarming rate of complaints.

Made phone calls to inquire about the procedure of picking up and dropping off car. Not very pleasant to talk to on the phone very rude and need educational background on manners on how to gain customers. Don’t sound like they need customers or business but more school .
