I visited The Home Depot in Marion today and went in for an air filter for my furnace for my new home. I wasn't sure which one I needed that was best for pets, allergens, etc, but a sales rep named Ben came to help me just to make sure I was good to go. We started talking about air purifiers as well because my wife was interested in getting one for our home, and he started educating me on the benefits of different air purifiers. He literally talked to me like we had been friends for years. It is literally impossible to find good customer service anymore, let alone someone who talks to you like you matter. Because of Ben I'll be a regular customer and make the drive to your store. Thanks Ben!

I purchased a new gas Hotpoint stove in Dec of 2014. Had to disconnect stove month ago due to gas leak from an aluminum pipe. Gas was filling the house. Had service man out and was told he couldn't fix it because GE/Hotpoint no longer sold parts for this stove. I am so disappointed because I could not purchase part I needed. So basically, can't use and it is no good to me. Called the branch where I had purchased and asked for a discount on another brand and was told NO

rude worker out side when I asked about old wooden pallet . told me to get our of the area there were no signs .he sad pallets were spoken for they had lot's of old pallets staked up.sad

I spent $3200 on a refrigerator and then when it arrived at the store i was told they wouldn't hook it up because the delivery company won't. the lady tells me we have 2 companies, 1 will hook things up and 1 won't and since we live in another town we get the one that won't. So we plan on replacing our appliance all of them and a washer and dryer. Do you think I'm buying from Home Depot. Um NO WAY

I went Saturday and bought a bunch of wood. got it home and halfway got my barndoor made. Realized all my wood was 1/4 to 1/2 too short so it wouldn't work. I was beyond mad. I called the next morning, talked to Jo and she had them recut all the wood for me. I checked it all and it was perfect. At least they came out with a partially made barndoor

Garbage. Got a quote on 1600 sq feet of lifeproof laminate and 500 sq feet of carpet and was told I could get 20% off bulk price. Go back to purchase after picking out colors and the manager was there and told us the best they could do was 5% off. Bulk price buying and the best you can do is 5% after they brag about how good of deals they offer. What a joke. Off to Menards

Ordered countertops a month ago. Called today and Hillary, who I believe is at your service desk, was so rude to the point I said I would get a refund and go elsewhere. Her response, “that's your choiceâ€. What a terrible thing to say. Poor service.

Had delivery scheduled for a Monday, they told me it was all day delivery, wouldn't narrow it down. Someone was home or nearby the entire day, no calls no appliances. Filed a complaint with the corporate survey. I received a call about an hour after from Home Depot with the apology for no one contacting me. I advised that I would not be able to take delivery in the morning and he told me he would arrange for it to be delivered at 1PM. They called at 11, while I'm at work, saying they would be there in ten minutes. How can you make a customer a promise and then not comply? As I work the next several days, I hope it comes when they told me it would.

We ordered appliances on Black Friday 2017. We were told our order would be in, in 6 days. In 6 days we were told they were back ordered and given a date. On that date we were told once again back order. On that next date we were told the same. The next time we called they said January 16th they would be in. We call on the 16th and they say they got delayed because of snow, but they are in transit and the store had two more delivieries, one that night and another the next mor

I am so frustrated. I ordered online and paid good money for solid hardwood flooring from #thehomedepot. It is #bruce brand... I had trouble from the moment of delivery. Had to use 45 minutes of time to pay my carpenter to unload it with the delivery service they chose simply because he wasn't willing to come if he had to unload himself and it would not fit on his skid. Once the floor guys came to do the install, 6 atleast out of 24 boxes came at different widths causing gaps, splits in a ton, and some chipped or damaged in that fashion. So I call, takes 35 minutes waiting, another 30 to list my complaints but mainly get it worked out. They offer me a 25% discount on the 7 boxes I order and pay the money upfront because the return would take longer. Cannot speed up shipping. But insure me that all wood will be inspected for all of these issues to avoid setting us behind. Meet another delivery guy who won't pull into my driveway (that all other semis have used) parks on a dangerous hill then asks me to use my Tahoe to load 8 ft wood in and drive up to the house. Still I'm okay and understanding, just happy to have the wood sooner than the latest date it could have come. So let workers know, let wood acclimate they load a truck and trailer, drive the the country to my house, unload and set up large tools, all squeezing me in after hours now. So away from their family's in the evening etc. All to find out 4.5 out of 7 new boxes have the exact same issues and my floor is still not able to be completed. Everyday I am paying interest on a construction loan, it's setting other workers behind and the floor guys will have to load up a trailer and tools and take special time away to come and complete the job. Using more time energy and gas to come do so! Call today and they offer the exact same process but up my discount to a whopping 25.5% ($20 saving)

Ordered new carpet and wood flooring for our home about 3 weeks ago. The wood floor was in Stock along with 92 additional boxes but the carpet we were told would be special ordered. First they schedule to do the install on a Sunday, failed to note they do not work on Sundays. 2nd, here we are three weeks later and numerous phone calls telling us they've been waiting on the wood flooring only to find out they Never had the carpet and still dont.
