Terrible service department. Paid for repair and have to bring it back as loose bolt found in the car, rattle in engine that was not previously there, did not check all fluids, did not keep me informed of delays when working on it and ordering parts. The ac line was left loose.
The sales…..well inventory just sucks. You’d be better off driving anywhere else to find a car.

I started coming to Ike Honda for my regular maintenance several months ago and have had to have a couple of repairs as well. I always have a pleasant experience, the staff is very conscientious and professional and I’m always able to get an appointment in a timely manner.

My husband and I came from Brenham Tx to Mt Vernon Illinois for a quick visit. We had an issue with our new Honda accord once we arrived, not being familiar with any Honda dealers around the area we had our car taken to Ike Honda in Marion Illinois.
That was a great decision, we have been dealing with Rusty in the service department. He is absolutely Amazing, he has kept an open line of communication & step by step he informs us of what is going on with our car and updates an estimated timeline. We do not have to sit wait and wonder when we are going to hear something. He has assured us we will be back on the road as quickly as possible while ensuring that our safety comes first. He is very personable so this is not just a one time business contract. He actually cares that we make it back home safely. He has earned our trust and that brings about confidence....we are in good hands.
Honda you have a 5 star team in the service department at Ike Honda in Marion Il. and that is probably one of the most important and crucial areas of the dealership. My hope is you are giving this team recognition for their 5 star services.
