“I've had Futiva for five years. Throughout this time, it has been a consistently reliable internet provider. Several weeks ago we lost internet service due to a storm. We called at 11:00a to report the problem and was told a tech would call us. At 2:00p, a tech called and said someone would be out between 11 and 2 the next day. At 4:00p on the day we reported the outage, a very nice repair person came to our house. He said he was in the neighborhood, saw the repair was scheduled for the next day, but would fix it today! The repair took five minutes. Thank you Futiva for excellent customer service.”

They made sure programs and printer were working before they left. I would highly recommend also for maintaining my computer if and when I have a need.”

“Every time I had a problem with my internet, it got resolved on the phone or the chat option. They even came to fix my Internet wire outside, because my son was swinging so high, he touched the wire with his head. One time a tech came to tell me, my internet is older than the Flintstones and installed me a brand new box (in the wall) and a new router for free... way better internet since than without charging me a penny.”
