Compared to any other storage I have ever looked at or used, this one is by far the best. The surveillance and climate control makes me feel good about storing my personal belongings, including keepsakes. Thank you Marion Self Storage for keeping my stuff safe.

Without a doubt the best experience I have had with a storage facility. Need a unit to park my jet ski in while I was not using it. The manager found a unit of perfect size. He showed me the unit, swept it out for me, and helped me get my jet ski in the unit. After all of his help he asked me if I was satisfied with the service I received and if their was anything else he could do for me. Defiantly the best customer service you are going to find!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a unit last week and was so impressed I had to write a review for it. I had a storage unit at another facility in Marion but needed to cut down on cost so I moved into Marion Self Storage. At my prior facility I always had problems with customer service from day one. This was not a problem at Marion Self Storage. From the moment I rented the manager was very friendly. He found the unit that fit me and my budget best, Took me to the unit to make sure there were no problems, and helped me unload my stuff in to my unit. Very happy with my experiences so far and I am sure that will continue
