We always use O'Rileys it's a good option close to our shop one complaint the delivery times have doubled it take probably close to a hour for them to even start our way some days it more like two or three. Needs some work but overall everyone is kinda and respectful

If you can't find something, the employees are very helpful. They don't hover over you while you try to browse and figure things out or hide when you actually need them .They are all polite and personable.

Went to O'Reilly to get new wiper blades. I waited my turn as a gentleman was helping another customer. As they left I went to the counter, I greeted the guy with a, Hi. He gave me a glance of an eye contact, I then told him what I needed with the make , model and year of my van and told him I wanted the same blades I had bought here last time. He was typing on the keyboard, walked away, came back approximately 3 minutes later and put two wiper blades on the counter, he said $48.something. I looked at him and said , no I wanted the I bought last time please, that would be the ones under $20. He glared at me, picked up the 2 blades, walked away, came back and said that is $20. 88. As I was paying with my debt card, I say...and you can put them in for me? He handed me a receipt, walked out from behind the counter with the 2 blades in hand. As he was walking out the front door, I went out to my van. I said, thank you,. He then installed both blades, and walked towards the trash can, I again said thank you. This hole time the guy never spoke a word to me. Why? I don't know, I've never meet or seen this guy before. But, I sure did read that name tag !!! So a big shout out to JOE, he is the assistant manager. I just wanted the next customer to beware of the rude customer service you get her at O'Reilly!!! Ref. # 406895538619 on receipt.

Purchased several parts. Had to return to the store 3 times to exchange the parts because they kept giving me the wrong ones. On the third trip to the store, was told they didn’t have the correct one in stock and would have to order it. I asked for a refund and went to autozone. Autozone had the part I needed and it was only $25.00 compared to the $50 that O’Reillys charged me. I will not be back to this store. We spent two days trying to get the right parts from them and had to pay my mechanic for 3 trips to the house because of the wrong parts being sold to me.

Needed our battery changed they aren't supposed to change it but instead of telling us know a worker walked us through it ourselves to get it installed!! So helpful and best service!! Thank you...Hard workers and good staffWilliam was the worker that helped us thank you
