I gave them 1 star, because it would not let me do 0 stars. Always get a second opinion. We did, and it saved us a lot of money. They quoted a 6500 to 8300.00 fix. Saying we needed a new transmission. The second shop we towed it to, 143.00 and we are back on the road. For all the experience they have, they are not very bright. A after the fact thing we found out, this is the same shop that our daughter took her car to, they did the same thing to her. Thank you second opinions.

Just picked up my 07 Sprinter van and I have to say it is running better now than it has since I’ve owned it. Never expected it to come back running this good. Thank you very much.

They wanted 150.00 for a used window motor and a brand new one is 104.00 at Oreileys. Pretty sad!!!!!!

They were the only shop that would take in my newly acquired '73 Mustang. They do quality work, up front and honest. They'll be getting all the future mechanical repairs for my Mustang.

When my normally superb snow driving skills had an off day and I got stuck in the aftermath of the snow storm, first call I made was to PMR for towing. The phone menu was helpful and directed me to a very kind and helpful professional who got me scheduled for a tow. I received a courtesy call about 20 minutes out from arrival, and the gentleman who helped get me unstuck was kind and helpful. PMR has also done repair and tow jobs for the business I work for and did excellent and timely work. Highly recommended!

I had a flat time in the middle of nowhere and I wasn't from the area so I called AAA. I wondered how they were going to find me even GPS was spotty. I spoke to a man named Jeff that was the tow truck driver several times on the phone. He drove an hour to change my time. He was so patient and understanding. I was at my wits end because I had a flat tire and didn't even know how to tell him to get there. He was awesome and made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything would be fine. During Labor Day weekend, their towing service arrived within 30 minutes after I called my insurance roadside assistance. The driver, who was super nice and helpful, aired my very flat tire and had me follow him to their shop. They installed a new tire and within an hour I was on my way back home out of state. Thank you, PMR, for your kindness and help on a very tough day.

Used their towing service through AAA on a holiday weekend. The driver arrived 40 minutes earlier than estimated (when does THAT ever happen?!), was very courteous and helpful. Thank you, PMR and Trevor, for making a stressful situation much easier.

Tried to be ripped off by another car repair but then went to PMR for another estimate. Saved hundreds of dollars for a great job. Have also used them to have tires mounted and basic oil change. The owner/mechanic Sean knows his work and the girl in the office was very friendly. Will definitely use again.
