Alvin, you did my nails today. I am very pleased you did a great job Very Pleased. My first visit was not as good as I expected I almost did not come back but I said everyone deserves a second chance. My second chance Ben did a perfect job,the best I ever had. Get your natural nails done here!!!! The nail tech gave me the best mani-pedi I’ve had yet in southern Illinois. I’m from St. Louis and usually have them done up there because I’ve gotten so many awful manicures and pedicures in Southern Illinois, but this place was outstanding! I won’t let anyone else touch my hands and feet!
UPDATE: it’s almost a WHOLE MONTH LATER and my mani/pedi is STILL perfect on my left hand (I’m right handed so it aha a few small chips) and my toes! The only issue is it’s all grown out, but that’s the only reason I need a new mani/pedi. I can’t begin to say how impressed I am! ♥️?♥️?♥️

Brought my kid with me to get nails done. Her nails were done well. Only reason they get a second star. My nails have issues. The tech skipped steps and didn’t take the direction. Was a language barrier but someone did translate. He was fast. He cut length before asking for length and I just had to deal with it. I asked for rounded and they are square. Being so short, it wasn’t possible to reshape them. The surface themselves are lumpy. Acrylic is still adhered to my cuticles.
While checking out I did voice my displeasure and the two gentlemen argued in another language in front of me. There was also a problem over pricing. The “French Manicure” was charged and while it technically was a version of that, it is uneven and lumpy. I gave in and said I would just pay for it all. I was tired of dealing with it. They gave me a $25 gift card as an apology. But I ask, why would I trust them to do it correctly the second time?
