Everyone is always very friendly. My only complaint is the bank hours (no Saturdays and doesn't open until 9:00) and it seems to take a long time to complete a simple deposit.

Marion IL is no good they wanted to charge me 20 dollars to cash one of there checks. There customer who had a account with them payed one of there checks. When I was charged for cashing. To me they owed me money and that is stilling.

I do have good service from Regions. My only issue is the banking hours. With my work hours, I can never make it during open hours. Otherwise, I have no complaints
