I have been trying to cancel my service and have been on hold for well over 30 minutes. They say that they will keep your spot on hold and call you back, but they don't. I have tried 3 times and no callback.

We have missed several times. As we are a restaurant, if the garbage is not cleared, there will be a lot of flies when the weather is hot. Besides, our pick-up day is Thursday. When they miss it, they have to wait for several more days. We hope their company can follow up and investigate the handling of this matter.

I have worked with Katie for the last couple weeks on getting some things changed to save the company I work for some savings. Katie worked with me and for me to get the best rate. Come out with a savings of $500 plus when she was finished. Very polite and patient with my question and concerns.
