Getting the rides to different places are fine I really enjoy them, but I noticed that when I'm calling to schedule a ride, they would stay on hold for a long time, cause they can be very busy. And when there running late on some days, they don't even call sometimes. So I'm giving them 3 out of 5 stars.

Thanks my car was broke down & needed a ride from Shnucks in Carbondale to work in Marion. This is a great service. Wish they ran at night for midnight shift.

The buses are sometimes late but they are affordable and convenient for those of us who do not have a vehicle. Overall very good .
