Trash cans were all completely full and when tried to throw something away the person outside was rude and just wanted to stand by the pole and not do anything....refused to empty the trash bins and was very hostile....was to busy standing at the pole and argue with me about changing out the trash bins so people could throw things away...was even asked by another customer if he would like assistance changing them out so people could use them...
