“Went with my grandma. They were very nice to us and everything was extremely professional. Clean. They have four cats, and a comfortable bathroom. They have locks right by the desk which you can purchase for $10 on the spot. When we were there, they had a special going where we pay the first month and get two free. They'll give you a tag for your key and let you use their pens to write the number, or write anything you need to. This place is a worthwhile investment, and I feel secure about my grandma's things being kept at one of their units.”

Due to one of their own getting the virus to my understanding, they closed the main office but have a sign on the stating the you due to the virus. I writing this because it shows that they not only care about the work force they have but us as customers.”
“I rent a storage locker at this facility. I just drove 12+ miles to beat the 5:00 pm. closing time on Friday to pay my rent because tomorrow is the 1st of the month (06/01/24) & rent is due. I Arrived at 4:40 pm. The building is locked up & no one is here. Why ???
