Don’t buy the warranty it’s a scam no matter how many holes or cracks they refuse to exchange your shoes I’m so sick of companies getting by with this nonsense it’s like stealing your money the lady was rude I spend over a thousand dollars on shoes at this place every year never again.

Me and my fiance bought shoes there a while ago they were the best shoes we ever bought but now we are homeless and struggling to get a pair of shoes we do alot of Walking we wanted to ask if your company would donate some shoes for us the ones we get from salvation army dont last very long or we just can't find any in our size we are just reaching out thank u Jodi and randy

I bought 3 new pairs of women's shoes this week. Store is great. There are quality brands---Brooks, New Balance, etc. Refunds/exchanges are easy. Store employees are very friendly and willing to assist you. Location of store and parking is very convenient---near Rural King. If you need shoes go to Shoe Sensation FIRST!

I went in looking for a pair of shoes that would work with my Afos bracers. the lady working there went above and beyond helping my mother and I out gave and bought me all kinds and type of shoes she thought that would work and success one did. I highly recommend this place great customer service I’m very happy and will be coming back when I need a new pair
