I’m usually not one to complain. But I went to the Herrin location for an adapter, none on the shelf. I asked a worker named Matthew to check if they had more. Their system said they had 6, but none were to be found. He said the marion location has 55, and, upon arriving none were also to be found.
Kind of ridiculous tbh. How hard is it to update your systems walmart?

They were very rude to my husband and they refused him service when he has done nothing wrong Over something our children have said. And the worker was bad now than us over something. She has no clue about how rude.

Clean store. We use the pick up more than shopping. The staff is alot friendlier than some of the cashiers inside.

There jewelry department is a complete failure. I ordered some jewelry and I can't even check on when it comes in. There's no department to call. On top of that none of the other departments would pick up the phone. No this walmart is terrible. I'm tired of doing there job checking out. When they have less and less employees. Now when you by jewelry you have to wait for them to call electronics and wait for someone who doesn't know what there doing to come order and re-size it. Then you'll wait too weeks and wonder if the even gonna get your product you paid for.

I went to Walmart today to buy some water and something for my dog, and I ended up having a bad customer service experience. I did speak to a floor supervisor named Steve. The reason I'm posting this is I was a bit upset and I forgot to mention some other things that happened during my interaction with Seon the associate. I entered the pet aisle. And I know Seon saw me but he walked up his ladder and I stood there for about a minute waiting while be blatantly ignored me. I know he knew I was there. Most of the employees there are very nice and would have said excuse me sorry or whatever. But I've dealt with this person before and he gets very annoyed when people get into his way or ask him any questions he looks at you with the stare of complete and utter annoyance. So I looked for my thing as he was sitting there staring at me with annoyance and I couldn't find what I needed so I asked if he could look on the top shelf and he's like I didn't see that there. I said okay can you maybe look in the back over there cuz I don't even know if you knew what I was even looking for until I told you and he said no it's not up there he didn't want to go up there and actually look. So I asked if you could go and back and look for me to see if it was still in stock because I've had good employees at Walmart do that for me actually offered to do that for me and came back with the product cuz they had it in stock in back. He says to me you want me to go back and look? With utter contempt he clearly did not have any desire to go in the back and do that. So he told me that he just got there and he didn't know if it was in stock. he didn't want to go back there and look and I said sure no problem I'll ask the manager to go look, and he says go do what you got to do. I said why do you work here if you don't like helping people at your job that's why you're here. He proceeded to mumble something and walk away. I dont understand why people stay at jobs they hate. Noone is forcing you too stay there. You should not work in retail if you don't like people asking for help or anything else for that matter. Why they are allowing this person to stay employed there is beyond any sense. Start hiring people that actually care and start treating your employees better so they will work better for your company. Very dissatisfied. I hope Steve the floor supervisor will actually tell his Jr mananger and Seon is reprimanded. Honestly the guy needs to be fired. This happened today 6/12/24 around 9am ish.

It is very convenient to shop here! They almost always have what I need. I don't even mind that most of their checkouts are self-service, BUT I DO MIND that they often don't even have full service lanes open!! Sometimes, you just need to have someone else doing the work for you!!! If you are an elderly person, a limited mobility person, have kids with you, or honestly, any number of reasons, it should not be so difficult to find and access a full service checkout!!!! They need to be more inclusive!!! And I am disgusted with how few checkouts they have that allow you to use cash!! I do not appreciate a large public company trying to force us into a cashless society!!
