Awesome awesome awesome job! I waited about a month for my appointment but they had the parts ready when I dropped my car off. They had my car for a week, they communicated with me every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable. As a woman I really appreciate the communication and the knowledge they shared with me! My car looks brand new! I would highly recommend!

I had my truck previously done here at William’s a year or so ago and decided to go back again when my other vehicle needed fixed at the middle/end of January. I didn’t want that vehicle going anywhere else based on how great they did the first time. They got me in quick, were very responsive, easy to communicate with, and did fantastic work once again!

5 star service and phenomenal workmanship! They even adjusted the track on my tonneau cover so my tailgate would close properly. This had nothing to do with the body work that I needed done. This business exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use them again.

Went to get a paint estimate. No accident, wanted to pay cash. Was told that they only dealt with insurance/accidentsI guess cash in hand isn't good enough anymore? We'll take our business elsewhere where cash is king

Tried to get an estimate. He was condescending and rude. Tried to explain the " powdery feeling . He said " there's no powder under there" really. I thought they put powder under paint. I walked away. Don't treat woman like they don't know what they are talking about. He said every body shop in this area is book thru Aug. Saw My FL plates and said it's a Florida common problem. I haven't been in FL since I bought it. Got the impression he didn't want nor NEED my business. Too rude for me. BTW. ...... and FYI....had you even gotten up and looked and if you knew ANYTHING, it's a GM issue for 2014 thru 2019 Silverados. Got that info from a real auto body business.

This place was awful I tried to pay my deductible and they wouldn't work with me at all but yet stated" I could leave $1000 deductible in CASH only outside his building but they're were cameras and he wouldn't SCREW ME" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO HAVE THEIR VEHICLES THERE.

I went here for my first time earlier this week to have some minor damage repaired on my vehicle. Justin helped me out by getting me in and out of their shop quickly, for a very fair price. The repairs were very well done.
