I got locked out of my truck in Marissa and when the police broke into it for me, it locked up my security system. Sitting out in the cold with a baby and a truck that wouldn't start, I started freaking. I called my husband but he couldn't get it started either. Out of pure desperation, I googled mechanic shops near me and Ozzies popped up. I called at 4:15 and asked for help and asked how much it would be. They said nothing and they were on their way. An older gentleman showed up and a younger one soon after and they both got to work trying to fix it. Sure enough, the older gentleman was able to reset my security system and she fired right up. I was in the back seat holding a sick baby and could have bawled. I asked them what we owed and I will never forget what he said, " Not a thing. Sometimes you just gotta do something nice for someone." Words cannot express how thankful I am and I will definitely pay it forward and make sure everyone knows what these awesome people did out of the goodness of their hearts.
