I received a flyer in the mail for this company when I put my house up for sale in April 2022. I decided to research a few companies before deciding on the Big Blue Box company. They provide the biggest box at 20 feet while everyone else only provides 16. I was SO glad I chose them because the office lady Gina is the most nicest friendly person on Earth! Then, the box was delivered before/on time with the nicest driver ever named Chuck. I was nervous about storing my whole house in a "dirty" container and had my broom ready, but as the pictures show, it was already done! Best Customer service, Friendliest employees and I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

Huge shout out to DAVID who was willing to go the extra mile to help us out tonight! We needed an important document and told him the wrong storage unit to pull originally. Without a question, he went and pulled our other unit to accommodate us. All 10 minutes before he was scheduled to close for the day. Couldn’t be more happy with your service, David. Thank you!!

Big blue boxes were great to work with. They are very friendly, on time, patient, and respectful. The driver are all VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL and did a great job respecting our property. Has great customer service and I highly recommend them. Their prices are great ! THANK YOU!!!

Thank you BBB!! Especially to ***Craig and his team***! First time using this Storage type service.Craig explained everything I needed to know and understand what the process were. When my flooring got delayed Craig helped me to extend the storage pick up, saving us a lot of time and headache. Drop off and pickup was on time. I highly recommend using BIG BLUE BOXES for your storage needs! I will definitely use them again!!!

KYLIE at The Big Blue Box is a life saver! We had lost contact and thought our items were gone. She got a hold of us and makes a personal call to us every month.
