“Yes! I love my dds! To me it's like one big middle class thrift store..?...( I love my thrift stores). You never know what you'll find on each visit..Each location is different in what you may find..which I find very interesting, so occasionally I'll travel to different locations to see what goodies they might have for me..oh yeah, the workers are always nice in each location, the returns are excellent, never a problem. The stores are usually clean..only one problem I can think of, they don't have a RESTROOM for the public! (Sigh.).considering I do love them so, I will keep it five stars...”

“I’m so glad I found this store through a Google search. It had many of the items we wanted for our event celebration in one stop. Asalan was a friendly helpful voice over the phone, encouraging me to come in over ordering online as I was concerned with it making it in time although local. There is no other store like this on the NW side of the city. Well worth the drive, the prices are fair and the customer service is unmatched. Thank you Kayra I look forward to planning for a pop up for our community soon!”

“There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”

“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”
“Wonderful experience help me find and put things together with ease it was kind of hard trying to figure out what to wear for my father's funeral but they made it so easy the customer service here was exceptional, very nice pieces the creativity here is up there”
“On May 1, I went into Zumiez and it was about five minutes before closing and the two gentlemen that were in there were extremely helpful especially Kazar. I want to say that that was his name they were closing in about 23 minutes and he checked us out quickly and even help my daughter lace, her shoes up in the pair of shoes that I bought. They were extremely helpful nice kind and very inviting I would recommend the store 10 out of 10 especially the gentleman that was really helpful with my daughter. I really want to say his name is Kazar, but I will be sending the video that I made to their corporate office. I appreciate all that this team do thank you”

“I would have given 5 stars but the dressing room clerk had a totally inappropriate altercation with a customer (not part of my party). Management handled the disgruntled customer appropriately, but not the employee. The employee continued to use profanity and loudly state that she would not apologize to the customer.”

“Pass this store everyday going home from work. I always look to see what they have in the window. A few months ago I finally went in and I’ve been in love ever since then.
