I love shopping at my local Dollar Tree! The staff are always friendly and helpful, the wide aisles make for a comfortable shopping experience, and I can always count on finding shelves stocked with a great selection of items. Definitely deserving of 5 stars

My mother experienced horrible customer service here on June 28, 2003. She purchased several bottles of the Awesome brand of ammonia several days ago. She opened one of the bottles and it was not ammonia. There was no ammonia smell to it. So she attempted to return the other bottles. The manager was very unprofessional and rude and would not refund her money for the unopened bottles. She was referred to a number to call in connections with this. Still no results. My 83 year old mother eventually left the bottles on the counter and left with no assistance. This is unacceptable.

Elder woman dropped her currency all over the floor. I picked them up for her and she returned a kind gesture by purchasing my items.

This dollar tree needs to hire more help or something. There’s ALWAYS boxes in almost all of the isles and it isn’t neat. Very displeasing to the eye. They’re only getting three starts because of the staff. They’re helpful and pleasant.

This dollar tree is RIDICULOUS. I've gone on before and had a bad experience but today took the cake. I walked in one cashier, line down the aisle like always, place messy as hell. I Tried finding an item no luck. So I thought I could ask an employee, silly f****** me. I asked a simple question to whoever worked the morning on 8/11 and she looked at me like I asked her to kill somebody.She gave a half a** response and I Still couldn't find the item so I settled for something else. The same lady was dragged out of the aisle, by I'm assuming someone she knew, mind you line is still long. Rung up just those two people she knew and told the rest us, she couldn't take us. She actually said out her mouth, "that they didn't have a lot so they can wait". What type of bs is that to say that to customers who are spending their money. This establishment needs a restructure in mgmt and employees. I'm guessing because it's never more than 2 freaking ppl in there at any given time revenue is slow. I guarantee if the environment changed revenue would grow. That location will never see my change again. Oh and I didn't want to give it one star.
