Was in my new car that just happened to stall and I reached out to my insurance company. They sent this company of course they said it would be an hour wait but not really. The lady who came was very nice and helpful. I think I finally was able to stop crying once I saw her pulling up. She drove carefully and got me to the shop safely. Thank you so much Lala

My vehicle was involved in an accident which left it immobile. I had to move it from the street to my driveway. Customer service was great - from the woman who answered the phone (Nicole ?) to the driver that moved my vehicle. He was able to put the car in neutral and even explained that all cars have a manual override when the car is unable to shift when the steering wheel locks. Did not know that! He placed my vehicle in the exact spot I needed it and did so effortlessly. Hopefully I don’t need towing services in the future. But if I ever do, I know who to call.

Provider did not show, and when I called to find out what happened, I was told that the driver called and the call went straight busy…, really!!!!!🧐

One of the worst services i have seen it literally took them more than 3 hours to come pick our car which was just 25 min minutes away the driver kept on saying 10 minutes 10 minutes all the time at last he didn’t even answer the call

I had the pleasure of working with Javell Macon and I can't say enough good things about him. He was extremely professional, handled my vechile with amazing care, and made a stressful situation feel so much easier. From start to finish, Javell displayed exceptional customer service skills - he was patient , understanding and truly empathetic to my concerns . It's rare to find someone who takes both the job and the people they serve so seriously. If you ever need a driver or towing service, I highly recommend Javell . There are people who just work for a paycheck, and then there are those who truly care and take pride in what they do—Chris Davis is definitely one of those people. If it weren’t for him, my vehicle would still be stuck in the middle of the street. Two other tow companies fed me bullshit after having me wait all evening, but Chris showed up, took a chance, and got my vehicle where it needed to go—safely, professionally, and without a scratch. On top of that, his sense of humor brought some much-needed relief after a rough day. If you ever need a tow, call E&R and ask for Chris Davis. You’ll get a great tow service but even you will meet a solid dude!
