Can't really say to much about this company, we didn't see eye to eye on some things , we just wasn't a good match . But the drivers I did talk to like working there and we're happy, they did pay me my check before my last , still owe me for my last run , but I pretty sure they will pay me for it once they do all the paperwork and stuff they have to do.

I am a freight broker in Minnesota with Justman Logistics 175096. I have been working with Nick and the guys at this company for a bit now and the do a great job with communication and service. They have hauled over 20 loads for me now and will continue to get work from us. If you are a freight broker do not be afraid to work with these guys. In a world where it is hard to trust new carriers this is not one to worry about!!

Lots of details are conveniently left out of the onboarding process. If you choose the 30% from gross option, what they don’t tell you is if the truck doesn’t make 5000 you’re not getting paid at all. What a scam!

They will take advantage of you. Don’t waist your time. No money for drivers. Read reviews carefully - if many of them have low review history most likely it’s fake accounts.

Avoid driving for this company at all costs. The owner is rude, arrogant, and ignorant, treating drivers as slaves rather than valued employees. There's no logic or common sense in how things are managed; it's all about serving his selfish interests. Additionally, there's no privacy as they monitor inside the cab, forcing everyone to keep the inside camera on, don’t get deceived by the positive review they are fake, be cautioned with this company they are thugs.

I had a good experience working for EM Cargo and very grateful for the opportunity. Whenever I needed help with any issue, I was always supported. I was given a brand new truck for approximately 6 months, which was awesome and had a brand new reefer. The owner is a very professional man. All the staff were great and supportive. I worked as much as I needed to and took breaks (vacations) according to my needs and in line with the company’s policies. Dispatcher was very helpful and supportive, always considered and respected my opinion and preference, when it was appropriate. Compensation was in line with what the market offers and even more than what most companies can afford to offer. Wishing the company all the best.
