Place has become a joke… checked in the office aside of checking in the app beforehand to waste 3 hours for them to tell me they forgot to check me in? Now i have a wait time of 1,409 minutes until I get my vehicles… aside of that the loaders don’t know what they are doing, you can tell they have no experience or someone lies on their resume?

The new forklift driver always wants to load the cars the way she wants.
The secretary always has a bad attitude; you can't say anything to her.
I tried to explain the situation and simply said that's how she load them.

I came to this location to get the things out of my car and get the title to my insurance company so that I can get paid when I came here I found out that my things were gone from the car I’ve called towing companies asking them what happened to my things they had no answers to any of my questions. I am not satisfied with this company.

Customer service is great,specially the young afro American lady she is very polite and patient,as for the person who inspect these vehicles,need to be fired,I purchased a vehicle,listed run and drive,did the opposite soon as you start it with a battery jumper,smoke flies everywhere tail pipe, under the hood,put it in drive it shut off,the older,manager of the inspectors,came out he act like he didn't see all that dam smoke he almost choked to death,I was told by front desk to video tape it and send it to the facility manager, she never ever responded,it's sad

If I can give 0 stars I would. My car was stolen from my home and was totaled out and towed to this location. My car was completely empty. They even stole my grandmother’s ashes. Nobody in the office can tell me anything about my belongings. Wasted time driving up there to receive none of my items. They did not care. I definitely plan to push this issue.

Horrible experience. The insurance allowed me to retain my car, only to get my car back in shambles. They stole all of the items inside of my car (car cleaner and all), took off my license plates and lost the screws, and had horrible customer service. When it came time to go, they tied my keys on a metal wire behind my steering wheel and said goodbye. When I asked how I was suppose to drive, they said I should have brought wire cutters. They have no remorse and are so unprofessional. I am leaving progressive because of this.

While dealing with Progressive, my Truck was towed here. Between it getting there and getting the location to go get my stuff from the truck some hunting stuff, new in the package wiper blades, my EMS bag, and other odds and ends were taken from the truck.
