Very clean and tidy place, very busy and active. Only downside is that it’s 10 dollars a load when you pay 3 at other laundromats. Card system is cool as well.

Mi only razón why I post this it’s not to disappointed the place it’s nice and clean and the guy who cleans it’s very nice. But please can u guys do something w the add money machine it’s so disliked the it’s little but hard to add money on the cards

Worst laundromat ever!!!!! Terrible customer service, management is rude, broken washers & they don’t leave signs on the broken washers so when you use them and your clothes don’t get clean, they don’t do anything about it. Spoke with corporate , Her name is Katrina, she had a nasty attitude and was VERY rude and disrespectful, kept cutting me off when I tried to talk about the issue & made smart comments. Brung it to management and instead of him handling the issue or trying to resolve it, he tells me he doesn’t want me in the laundromat anymore.

They always keep it clean. They do have to work on the dryers to be more hotter .

Every time I visit the Chicago land area; the laundromats are consistently clean and well maintenanced. The pricing is comparable to prices in other states. And the cashless system is genius.

Clean, efficient. It costs more than a coin laundry but you don't have to worry about finding a washer or a dryer to use.

Disgusting moldy washing machines, EVERY single washer has mold in the detergent dispenser. Really gross and unacceptable.

There are actual people working there, and they were really helpful. Impressively clean and equipment maintained. It's more costly than others, but there's a lot of bang for your buck. Bonus, you know your clothes are getting clean .

I like this Laundromat I come in early and get out but what I don't like about it when I spend 25.00 on washers we should have free dryer's. But your dryer's needs to be half full to dry...Need to come with a system when people's who leaves there belonging in washers and dryer's then leave out while people's are waiting for available dryers or washers. It's not right we have to wait to they get back sometimes hours to get they're clothes!

Always clean. Great machines. Price is a little high but worth it. Kinda wish they opened at 5 am as it starts getting busy.
