“I just moved to the south suburbs and switched from Hoffman Estates Clinic (Hines VA) to the Chicago Heights Clinic (Jesse Brown VA) just TWO months ago.Long story short I have never had issues with the Hines VA network for merely 27 years, however for a lack of better words I DO NOT suggest any clinic affiliated with Jessie Brown VA.As a result I switched to the Oaklawn VA Clinic and met my new doctor today. Both my doctor and nurse gave me the care thar I have enjoyed over the last 27 years from the Hines Network!”
“This is my second visit to this location, and while all the staff is generally friendly and respectful, there's one technician who is downright rude and unfriendly. I doubt I'm the first to write about her. Perhaps she needs retraining in communication. Many people coming in for labs are nervous for various reasons, and the last thing they need is an impolite technician with poor personal skills. I was fortunate enough not to encounter her directly. I give 5 stars for the overall experience.”
“Been seeing Dr Anthony for years now. I get my DOT physical there every year. He is always very pleasant. I have to get it done soon and I will make the hour drive just to see him. Keep up the great work!!!!”

“My appoointment was 11:30. I walked up at 11:00 and I was attended to. The phlebotomist was friendly, professional and experienced. She poked me only ones and the job done quicker.”
“There is never a disappointment at that location. My veins are very stubborn and every time they try to get blood work at the my Drs office the poke me at least 4 or 5 times and never anay luck. At Quest I am in and out. The staff there is amazing over all. From the time I walk in to the time I finish they give exceptional service.”

“Went for routine lab work. Easy check-in.
I have hard-to-find veins, but had a great lab tech! He was very friendly and was able to get what they needed. It was pretty painless too!
Docked one star (not location related) but LabCorp forces you to store a credit card, which I'm not a fan of for a host of reasons.”

“I only see Nora when I come to this location I cannot speak to the experiences from the rest of the staff, but Nora is amazing, she will find your vein in a second and have you out of there before you can count to 10. I have been told in the past I am a hard stick Nora laughs at that. She is simply incredible at her job.”

“I was first on Wednesday 10/31/2018 and had Michelle take care of us. She was fantastic, such a pleasant person. She was happy and courteous to everyone that was waiting for blood work. Our appointment took a while and she made sure that she let everyone in the waiting room know that it would be a while. Michelle your the best.”
