I visited Pandora Nail Salon for the first time and spent $120 on a full set and pedicure. Unfortunately, within just four days, two of my pinky nails are broken, the polish on my toes is already chipping, and it looks like I need a fill-in on both my nails and feet. This was my first time going and it will definitely be my last. I’m not asking for my money back or a redo. I just won’t return. Do your research before booking. Not worth the money or the disappointment.

I requested an overlay from a lady, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I clearly communicated my nail preferences, yet she continued to argue with me. I was taken aback by her behavior, but I restrained myself and waited for another technician to assist me. Unfortunately, the lady instructed him not to provide service to me due to our disagreement. As a result, I, along with 15 acquaintances, have decided to discontinue our patronage of this establishment due to its poor business practices. I subsequently visited a different nail shop, where I was treated with utmost respect and offered a glass of wine. Before and after pictures next time listen to your customer

I normally don’t make a fuss about things that’s out of my control but hunny today is the day that I have time because this is insane so I came here Saturday to get my nails done and as soon as I got home they started peeling and forming bubbles so today on Monday because they closed on Sunday I came in to ask if they can fix my nails because they are peeling due to they negligence the man was extremely rude and told me because jay who did my nails wasn’t here he can’t fix my nail and I asked why not I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and leave amazing tips when the job is done correctly he then started talking crazy and told me I’ll have to wait for the 8 ppl ahead of me which wasn’t a problem until I told him I have a flight to catch but still why when I’ve already paid and yall messed up my nails? I’ll never ever go back here and don’t waste your time going here they are rude and racist if you are black please don’t go here! They don’t like us! But set up shop in our neighborhoods is insane! Now I have to go somewhere else and have them to take this bullshit off of my nails after paying $120 for no chip just for me to get home in the chip now now I have to go pay someone else when all they had to do was fix my mail and we wouldn’t even be at this point I’ll be doing story time on TikTok follow me there @RahThickAzz1

I was charged $63.56 for no chip, French tip pedicure.
The person that did the pedicure did not clean the cuticles and it has chipped within 2 days of getting done. $63.56 gone to the trash.

There was a Woman who came into your shop 5 days ago to get her lashes done, who was treated poorly by your staff. When she came back to get her service redone, she was harassed and attacked by another customer, who she ended having to defend herself from. This should have Never happened!!! If you All are going to do business in our Community, Customers should be Able to be safe and protected in your establishment. The Way this Woman was treated was a Damn Shame!!!! You all didnt treat her right, or Defend her when that other customer, who was unprovoked attacked her!!

I have heard of this shop on multiple occasions and not in a great manner either over the pass week a family member of mine went to be serviced n was attacked by a young woman for standing up for herself n her business with them they performed poor quality service. Her lash tech did not property render service to a concern she had. Which led to further events that were less becoming, she was charged $130 for a service that did not last a day as well as being placed in cuffs for defending herself while the employees of Pandora nails allowed the disruptive party to attack.....do not give these ppl your money. Or your time

I went to get a pedicure today and I'm pissed. The girl was really nice but I could have done the pedicure myself. My nails were cut, feet scraped, polish applied and oil was put on and the pedicure was over and I paid $62!! The pedicure was all of 15 mins. I was wondering why the shop was so empty but I now see why!!! Horrible and I don't recommend wasting your money ever!!!!

Terrible to keep it simple save your money an go else where they rush everything the guy told me he knew how to do something he did not know how an they over priced for the bad service LITERALLY THR WORST NAIL SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO 0/10 will never try a different shop again it’s so bad I don’t wanna show nothing an I love to show my nails after a fresh set but no no no HELL NO they need to close NOW???

I took the time out of my day to write this because I feel like I was just scammed. I love getting my eye brows done from this place. I went in to get my eye brow done and I ask if I can get a short nail set how much would it cost.. the lady that I asked she said $45 for short nails I was like okay that’s fine. I proceeded to go to sit in the chair and all the equipment is dirty and they reused the same filer they didn’t change nothing the brushes are dirty and even the product started to burn my nails a little! Everything was dirty! I proceeded to ask the lady if she’s not going to cut my cuticles and she told me it was going to be $15 more I said no because that’s supposed to be the right way to do nails .. I finish my nail set and she tells me these nails are going to be $60 +$15 for my eye brows. in total I payed $75. I don’t think these nails are worth $60! ( the eye brows were great!)

I use to come here for years before 2019 before the pandemic happened, I use to pay 20 to 45 to get my nails done an that was a good price and good service now the price went up to 50 for a short set of nails (full set) and 60 for a ( fill in) then they now hint to you to give them a tip on top of the price of ur nails, I can't afford to pay 60 for fill in then give you 10 dollars for a tip. I am now looking for other nail shops that don't charge over 40 dollars for a fill in with just regular clear polish. After 4 years of not going to the salon I started doing them myself, but I don't mind going in to pamper myself once a month to get my nails done but that's not the price I want to pay for my nails to get done 60 for a fill in is crazy, they need to change back to what they charge before 2019 witch is 20 to 45 dollars an if you get other stuff added it should be 5 to 10 dollars no 10 to 15 dollars for extra things to be added on ur nails. ??♀️??
