You quoted 100usd and when I got to location for drop off , you miraculously added 50usd. I called you to complain, you told me that’s just how it is. For a 15minutes tow service? You guys should be honest at least when a person is stranded.

Liars! Called twice. The first time they said "they'd be there within the hour". 2nd call after 1 1/2 hours, they said "they'd be there in 10 minutes, they were on their way". Both were lies and no one showed up while we were stranded. VERY UNRELIABLE
