This company is terrible they take your car for any reason. They towed my car saying I was in the wrong location when I have been parking in the same spot for months. We do not have assigned spots if you have the parking permit you can park anywhere in the lot.

This company should not have a license and at this point are organized criminals. Burden of proof is on the car owners, they use this so they won’t face consequences for their illegal actions. We need to form a class action lawsuit.

Rapid recovery towed my car because it was parked about 2-3 feet from where they say it should not have been I disagree it was strictly a money thing. And I'm sick of tow truck drivers acting like they are police officers 😡

This place is a scam! They took my cousins car twice and at that the first time they didn’t even tell him the reason why it was towed the first time! They just steal cars and don’t care! Also talk so rude on the phone telling me my cousin “you think nothing was going to happen when you parked your car back again?” We shouldn’t have to pay for both times when we weren’t even given a reason why the first time! So unprofessional this company needs to be shut down for being so money hungry we need a company who at least cares at the blue island condos

The reviews are 100% accurate they are not “towing” for being in a wrong spot or not having a sticker, they are literally stealing cars. my car was at home and my building is not affiliated with rapid at all, these people wrote the address of the building 2 buildings down from mine and tried to say “their driver said thats where i was parked” i have my own parking spot at my building who’s affiliated with a whole different towing company. Please make it make sense. The guys response to everything i had to say was “ Doesn’t matter my boss is gonna get his money one way or another “
(edit: im seeing in the reviews they also pick and choose who they wanna show footage to and respond to, so they know exactly what they are doing. because that man acted like i asked to see him naked when i asked to see the video of my car being towed)

This place will go thru your car and take what they want, then dare you to file police report. Make sure you file a complaint with the STATE, not the police... they need to be de-licensed !!!

Horrible, they took 2 of my tenants vehicles out of my apartment complex.
ZERO CONTRACT OR PERMISSION TO TOW OUT OF MY BUILDING.
Had to cover the towing costs + inconveniences out of my own pocket for both tenants.
