“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”

“I created an online order for printing materials for work. The process to create and upload the documents was straightforward and easy for me to complete online. I chose a noon pick up but time got away from me and I came to the store around 8:10pm. I didn’t know the store was closed!! I thought it closed at 9pm and I was devastated because I literally needed this in order to do a workshop the next day. Matt the angel opened the door and after sharing my story and how much trouble I’d be in he saved the day and gave me the documents, perfectly printed by the way, and my job was saved! “Ruth at FedEx deserves far more recognition than she gets. I genuinely drive over 25 minutes just to come to this location because of the exceptional service she provides. After dealing with multiple FedEx locations in Orland Park, Mokena, and other surrounding areas where customer service has been disappointing, frustrating, and often unprofessional, Ruth is a breath of fresh air.
She consistently goes above and beyond for every customer who walks through the door. She is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making sure things are done correctly. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to help, answer questions, and ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
Honestly, FedEx is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ruth. She sets the standard for what customer service should be. If she is the manager, it makes complete sense because she runs things exceptionally well. If she isn’t, she should be. She deserves a raise, recognition, and appreciation for everything she does. The workers are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, patient, and pleasant. Something in the building interferes with my cell signal and I have to go stand by the door or window to access the QR code. They never rush me or act impatient. They are fantastic; especially the lead person. I'll have to get her name. She's very quick and on top of everything going on.”
“This is my review for this particular location, and not for usps as a whole, thats another story. As everyone knows going to the post office can sometimes be unnerving. Ive had to drop off packages at several where I gulped in line because I felt like I was bothering them simply dropping something off, seeing how others were being talked to. Like the employees absolutely did not want to be there. If you know, you know.
This location however is different. Ive never felt like I was bothering anyone here. Most of them are actually very friendly, Patrick in particular always has a smile for everyone. Even the few that aren't particularly friendly are absolutely not unfriendly either, just more down to business but still helpful when asked for it.
All in all, they all seem to know their job and even multitask and work well together. As far as post offices go they seem to have their stuff together and I absolutely recommend it over any others in the area.”
