Every step of this process was seamless. All staff were knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. The help was hardworking and thorough. This is a 2 part move for us so I am very happy to be able to know in advance that this is a great service and intend to rebook all of the services for the second portion of this move!

Don't worry if things aren't going right if Rayshawn is around because he'll find a way to help. I'll go out of my way (as in pay extra mileage) to rent from this location just because of his customer service.

All tires had VERY low pressure when delivered. When I returned and requested them to be aired up to pressure the staff refused to do so. I had to spend an hour with my little inflater to do what would have taken a minute for then to do.

It was easy to make the reservation and then change the date of the reservation to meet my specific needs.Clerk was very helpful when I had issues trying to use the app to pick up truck.

Terrible customer service. Returned a rental truck before the time provided & they charged me an additional day + mileage fees and when I called they would not assist in correcting the charges, they just left me on hold for 30 minutes. Do not recommend this location.
