Pitiful service. They were supposed to open at 7:00, but they didn't get there until after 7:30. They didn't have furniture dolly's. They charged me for a utility dolly, when it was supposed to come free with the truck (and I never used it). Their service and attitude was not pleasing AT ALL! There were no paper towels in their restroom and when I informed them I got the look of a deer caught in the headlights.I will never use this location again, if I use U-Haul at all!

U-Haul neighborhood dealers are like "Hood dealers" for sure. The absolute worse experience ever. So you make a reservation, and show up and they say the don't have any trucks available. I am a HR/Operation professional and was able to discover that they want to overbook to maximize the n the earnings. The neighborhood stores are basically non corporate stores and the systems don't don't the inventory of trucks available! Terrible. So you show up and the rudely apologize that they don't have trucks and yet you have a printed reservation in your hand that I made weeks prior. It's a scam and a very bad business model. I ended up wasting my move day waiting for a truck to return and because it was the first of the month, every dealer had the same issue! Terrible experience

I reserved a 26 ft truck to move a large amount of items from 3 different locations. I hired 4 guys to assist with the move. When I arrived on time to pick up my truck, I was told they over booked for the 26 ft. Truck and I was told i would have to rent a 20 ft. Truck. I explained that the smaller truck would require me to rent a truck another day and pay the movers a 2nd time due to not being able to move all items in the 20ft truck. The U-Haul said I could go to another town 35 to 40 minutes away to pick up a 26ft. Truck or return the 26 ft. Truck by 9 am the next day. Considering it was 5 p.m. the day before the Morning move, i could not commit to a 9 am return. U-Haul did not compensate me for the 1 hour of sitting in their office discussing their error nor was I compensated for not being able to move all my items as planned. I will never use U-Haul again!

Absolutely terrible service here for U-Haul. Unprofessional and unprepared. I pre-ordered and paid for a U-Haul rental and two dollies and they still took 30 minutes to pull me up on the system. Nothing worked so I ended canceling my order. Will not come back again. Also this place looks like out of a scary movie. Don't go there!

Great customer service by Mike he went above and beyond to explain everything to me about renting my storage unit he got me on and out in a timely manner.
