“Dr. Nava was excellent. She was able to identify an extremely rare issue with my cat. She was also humble and recommended a specialized facility where the surgery could be performed, rather than attempt it on-site due to its unusual unique nature! She placed care above profit.
And I am forever grateful. I will absolutely be returning for future care!”

“BRING YOUR FURBABIES HERE!!!!!!!!! I cannot thank the doctors enough. My baby found a mouse poison block. I was frantic. I called my regular vet and they could not get us in...which did not sit well with me. They actually told me to bring my dog to premier... That was not an option to me.
I called Midlothian Animal Hospital and not only did they tell me what to do over the phone, but said I can bring my baby right now.
No computers, no ridiculous tests, no calling animal control, just a straight treatment and a lot of reassurance!!!!!!!!!!

“Excellent veterinary clinic, advice, knowledge, and care. If you care about your furry family members, this is the place to take them. Just had my two new dogs spayed and neutered, both are healing nicely and the process went without a hitch. Only issue was that my boy wasn't a fan of finding out before the scheduled appointment that he only had 48 hours left to check his nuts. I told him, "hey buddy, you have 48 hours left." He kept the same expression for almost 5 minutes. 99% sure he completely understood me and was trying to process it. Thankfully both are healing up and healthy.”

“We were running out of test strips for our diabetic cat and where we ordered from would not deliver till Monday. We have a cat that is 16 years old and diabetic for 7 of them. VCA was listed as having the test strips in stock. We called and a wonderful, sweet, kind lady named Elle understood my problem. She talked to the Tec and was able to sell the test strips. I have spent 2 days calling and going from place to place to try and get these. I have been in customer service for 40 years and Elle is an exception. She goes above and beyond to help a stranger and now a future customer. We cannot thank her enough because her service made such a huge difference. Her smile made me smile all the way home and grateful. Maybe she could get employee of the month. Thank you Judy H”

The office was immaculate, all the staff were so helpful and made us feel so welcome. When Dr. Scott Gallatin came in the room, he made such a fuss over our Emmie, he even got down on the floor to play with her!! She was not afraid or shaking like our last dog was at the last vet we went to for years. They all went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and make it a memorable experience so she isn't scared to walk in next time. I was very impressed with everyone we came in contact with that day. “We love the whole CARE team and Dr Whalen. We have previously used them for our elderly dog and rehab. Our dog was recently diagnosed with meningitis and a protruding disc. Dr. Whalen has been giving him acupuncture which has improved his gait and I believe his pain. Dr. Whalen has also made dietary recommendations. The entire CARE team is so compassionate and truly cares about your pet.”

“I brought my dog to see Dr. Sturms after not receiving the care I wanted for him at my local animal hospital. At the prior animal hospital, I felt that staff were poorly informed, the doctor was not thorough, was minimally helpful, and patient care was not ideal. I also felt that I was not appropriately informed of many things. When I took my dog to see Dr. Sturms, the difference in care was like night and day. It was the best decision I could have made for my dog’s care. All the staff I interacted with were kind, informed, and personable. Dr. Sturms was extremely thorough, kind, and considerate. It is clear she is well-educated, informed, and passionate about her field of work. She took into account all the questions and concerns I had, provided thorough education, and gave several different treatment options everything. She has top tier patient care and I would recommend her to anyone. She is the Michael Jordan of veterinary medicine.”
