I was visiting the Chicago-area and was craving some good ole' White Castle Burgers. I ordered the meal that included lettuce, bacon, and tomato. The burgers were dry and lackluster. The milkshake machine was down (so cliché) and after driving away, I realized there were napkins. This is the 1st time I can say Krystal's was actually better than White Castles! Very disappointing.

The afro american lady that waited on me was so professional, warm and caring. I had never experienced a person like her. She was very concern of my satisfaction and whether it was anything else she could do to help me. My mom who has dementia made a positive comment about the young lady's kindness. Please promote her to manager soon. I m from flossmoor IL and will always stop here when I come to the city. I will tell all my friends and family!!!

My order of 2 white castles with no cheese (they still put cheese on it) and a small fry took over 15 mins and there were only 2 cars in front of me. By the time i got my food, it was cold, and they didn't even fill the box of fries. It's absolutely horrible here.

My first time there, it was a bust!Kid, lil boy, had an attitude as soon as we pulled up. He was working on Thanksgiving, but still. We spent $30 for an upset stomach and diarrhea. Never again.

While in the Drive-Thru line, waiting to place our order. After our order was taken, the order taker didn't give us the price. Since the screen itself was not functioning. And with most drive-throughs, the issue was waiting for our food to be ready.
