“Bought some towels for a gift. Didn't have all pieces in stock, but Customer Service did check and called other stores for me. The pieces were put on hold. I purchased what was in stock at the location I was at and went to the other store the following day to get the missing sizes. Thankful was able to get all the towels to make a nice gift set. Happy with The Customer Service's professionalism and friendliness.”

“This winter I have visited this at least 4 or 5 times. I don't usually take time to write reviews. I was like a kid in a candy store, i kept returning. The many pairs of shoes and boots I purchased are so unique as well as comfortable. I went back to celebrate Galentine Day. (1st time ever) I could write forever, but you may stop reading. Really like the staff especially Tisha. She helped me on each visit. This is really a great and classy boutique in our Chicago southside area!”

“I was looking for an outfit for my birthDAY trip and I found the perfect outfit in Torrid. Although on location didn't have my size the Northriverside location did. The best thing was when I walked into the store, there was this cute little dress that I had to have and they had my size!!! I left with 2 birthDAY out fits and I was able use my birthday discount and a store promotion...my birthDAY trip to Houston was perfect!!!
Honestly, my pictures don't do any justice for this outfit, the pants were breezy, flowing and light and the top has a tie-front, SUPER CUTE!!! “read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”
