Asalan was a friendly helpful voice over the phone, encouraging me to come in over ordering online as I was concerned with it making it in time although local. There is no other store like this on the NW side of the city. Well worth the drive, the prices are fair and the customer service is unmatched. “Bought some towels for a gift. Didn't have all pieces in stock, but Customer Service did check and called other stores for me. The pieces were put on hold. I purchased what was in stock at the location I was at and went to the other store the following day to get the missing sizes. Thankful was able to get all the towels to make a nice gift set. “I took my daughter there for back to school clothes and i may say, they know what they are doing. Truly the best in the business. The staff is very friendly and patient; the managers are courteous and the establishment is clean and organized. I wanted my daughter to feel that she is shopping on her own; therefore her being happy put a smile on my face. The prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety of different options to choose from. Thanks guys; truly you are the best and I will return in the near future for myself”

“There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”

“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

“On May 1, I went into Zumiez and it was about five minutes before closing and the two gentlemen that were in there were extremely helpful especially Kazar. I want to say that that was his name they were closing in about 23 minutes and he checked us out quickly and even help my daughter lace, her shoes up in the pair of shoes that I bought. They were extremely helpful nice kind and very inviting I would recommend the store 10 out of 10 especially the gentleman that was really helpful with my daughter. I really want to say his name is Kazar, but I will be sending the video that I made to their corporate office. I appreciate all that this team do thank you”

“I was looking for an outfit for my birthDAY trip and I found the perfect outfit in Torrid. Although on location didn't have my size the Northriverside location did. The best thing was when I walked into the store, there was this cute little dress that I had to have and they had my size!!! I left with 2 birthDAY out fits and I was able use my birthday discount and a store promotion...my birthDAY trip to Houston was perfect!!!
Honestly, my pictures don't do any justice for this outfit, the pants were breezy, flowing and light and the top has a tie-front, SUPER CUTE!!! She has excellent customer service experience and she helped me choose meaningful accessories. The tailor, whose name I didn't get, took measurements to ensure the pants were a great fit.
