Awful experience with FedEx. My package took a detour to the east coast and added days to the original delivery timeframe after arriving to just hours away from the final destination. The company still blames the weather avoiding any type of responsibility. It's clear from their own tracking logs that there was a label issue, not once, but twice! I reached out the the customer support center and the operator was really nice and opened a complaint order. A few hours later a generic message "Thanks for contacting FedEx. The shipment has been delayed." Really!! FedEx has a lot to improve with their systems and customer care. Six days after shipping initiated and I still don't have the package.

Package on truck for delivery November 25. December 6 still on truck for delivery. Customer service is useless!!! Finally received a call back saying package can't be located. Use UPS or you'll regret it!!!!!!!

I wish i could rate no stars.Fed Ex delivery drivers from Bedford Park is the worst ever. I had a update for my package @ 6:28 am stating it was out for delivery. I wasted a whole off day waiting for my package. It never showed. The text never updated, it was still saying my package is on the truck @ 10:30 p.m. I am so I never experienced this with the other delivery companies. I made them leave it at a fed ex location so I can pick it up. So frustrating. Now I have to rent a U-Haul pickup truck to bring it home. It's not going to fit in my car. Horrible Horrible service

Ordered a reclier through Costco. Received a notice that it would be received on Friday 11/26. Received an email stating that it would be received Monday 11/29 between 8:30 & 11:30. Received an email stating that it would now be received 11/29 by end of business. I saw Fedex Ground Transporation pull up in front of the house on Monday around 3pm. Opened the front door, no driver in the seat. Waited 2-3 minutes, he exited the back of his truck, closed the rear door, started to walk to the drivers' door, stopped, looked at me and continued to get the truck and drive off. Received another notice that it would be here Tuesday 11/30 between 8:30 & 11:30. Then received a notice that it would be here by end of business today. Unbelieveable that they were 40 feet from my front door yesterday and just drove off without a word or explanation. How does this company stay in business?????????????????????????

I live in an apartment building in Vallejo California. It has twenty-five apartments and 40+ people living here. FedEx apparently "attempted" a delivery but was apparently unable to gain access. I found two door tags both of which left the "recipient" section blank (no name, no apartment number). Expecting a delivery around this date I randomly took one of the door tag numbers and fed it into the FedEx tracking. There were two tracking numbers associated with the door tag one of which I was able to determine after some research was for me. As I said there are forty people in this building and it could've been any one of them. This is not the first blank FedEx door tag. In fact it is a fairly common occurrence. How difficult would it be to put a name or just a three digit apartment number on it so that we would know who it was for? I have begun requesting that orders I make online NOT be sent by FedEx.

I am done with Fed ex ground their delivery drivers are unprofessional do not know how to deliver packages properly and they keep on losing or miss delivering my packages. Lazy drivers don't even follow app instructions to deliver in back because they too d*** to know how to read or to lazy to walk they just toss ur stuff like garbage. Post office is better than all these l**** lazy fed ex drivers. Idiots losers. Owner operators don't even pay them good they just hire any idiot.

The package with my order was supposed to come yesterday Wednesday September 2 before 8 and when it was past 8 the app changed to delivered by the end of the day and it also never came. The next day it was changed to Scheduled Delivery Pending. I called FedEx 2 times, first time at 11 a.m and second at 5 p.m and both told me that they were investigating why it wasn't delivered and that they submitted a report to the station and I might get a call back tomorrow because the station was closed. I don't recommend using FedEx much because compared to UPS they don't deliver on the original date they had scheduled.

I can never win with these guys! Their customer service gives u nothing but false information, then no one ever gets held accountable for the mistakes they make. I had 2 packages refunded to me because I never received them. Somehow the delivery guy keeps saying I was never hm when I was and then says someone else signed for them when really I live by myself so end of the day, I never get my packages and they keep making excuses why. I feel they do this on purpose but all I can do is post my experiences here so no one would have to take this from them in the future!!!

The Fed Ex home delivery left my microwave right outside the door to my apartment and drove off. i heard the bell and buzzed the door but the dude left the box outside, buy time I ran down the stairs they were a block down the street. I understand with everything is going and no contact but geez at least put it in the apartment or wait to see if someone from the apartment building got it.
