Peter the manager helped me over the phone when the local mechanical rv tech wouldn't answer my calls. I was having a crisis with my rv and Peter walked me thru things to check and saved me!! THANK YOU PETER

We have nothing but good things to say about Peter Koyak and his employees at Fourwinds in Maroa. We got our fifth wheel home from an appointment at Fourwinds and found a few things had been overlooked. Called and talked to Peter, GM, and he came out an hour drive and was going to fix our trailer himself. Peter brought a pickup truck in case he couldn't fix our camper and personally hauled our fifth wheel back to Maroa himself and worked on along with his employees. Four hours later we received a call that the fifth wheel was done. Two days later, Peter personally brought our camper back to us all fixed. How many GM's of RV companies go above and beyond as Peter did...not many, if any!! Thank you, Peter, and your Fourwinds staff!!

I have had my camper in for repairs a couple of times and was pleased with the service and and the explanations when I would call to inquire about my camper.
I asked if there was anything that would help with the trailer sway and I was told that a weight distribution and sway control was what I needed so I asked to have these installed. Jaret showed me how to hook it all up but the first thing I noticed when I went into the shop for him to explain this was that the trailer was not sitting level when it was hooked up but I figured that he's the professional so maybe there's something that I don't know about WD and sway bar. After towing it this way I have to question why I was sold something that doesn't work with my trailer, could I have gotten by with just sway control.
The trailer sits so low in the back that the braces drag on any incline and I feel like I'm going to rip the black tank and gray tank handles off the trailer

We bought out camper from this dealership....big mistake?.... probably!! We were taken to the lot to look at campers and left alone had to find the salesman bought our camper and every extended warranty and extra there was offered. My husband went to pick up the camper and found out the fireplace did not work...the salesman said we don't know what's wrong you can either not worry about a new fireplace we bought our camper in April and anytime we called got the run around. about it or we can find another fireplace...my husband responded we are buying a camper with a fireplace or we will not be purchasing it.Labor day weekend still have not heard a word. Well our A/C stopped working so my husband calledRoute66 RV tech support which was absolutely NO help. Called fourwinds Tues was told to drop it off so we did after a week with no phone call called and told it would be two weeks after two weeks called and still haven't looked at it....WHAT IN THE HELL worst customer service. No calls no updates and still no NOTHINGS...may just come get the camper and screw you!!!

i bought my first RV from Four Winds East Peoria five years ago and have just upgraded to a larger one I found in Maroa. They have been very accommodating to bring the new trailer to East Peoria for my convenience. I feel like family at Four Winds. Not only are Charlie and Kevin helpful with sales I am equally pleased with Carol and Don in East Peoria Service. We purchased our first RV from Fourwinds in 2017, we got a fantastic deal and being able to tow the travel trailer Fourwinds was kind enough to tow it to our permanent site. Last year we had some roof damage and Fourwinds again picked up, repaired, and returned the trailer to our site. They have always provided us great customer service and I highly recommend them for any of your RV needs.

I like to give a hats off to Peter in Maroa. We was trying to get our camper moved couldn’t find anybody to do it and Peter did it for us. he did a wonderful job moving it out and setting it up. We have bought three campers from them and this is the reason why we keep going back because of the kindness, make us feel like part of the four winds family.
