I’ve also worked with Sydney for loans/teller services and they’ve always been friendly, professional, and patient answering questions. Kenna has helped me over the phone multiple times and is always kind and helpful. Kate on the teller line was also very welcoming. It’s nice dealing with a branch where everyone treats you respectfully and actually cares about helping customers. This team deserves more recognition!”

I have also found management to be very kind and responsive when I have run into any issues. My only criticism is that I do agree with some of the negative reviews as far as frontline staff. Your frontline staff and your customers would benefit from offering additional training.”

“The customer service here is AMAZING. I used to be a big bank person before I moved to the area, because I thought small banks didn't have all the services I needed. I did open an account here so I would have a local bank if I needed it like cashing the occasional check, get change etc. It wasn't long before I moved all my accounts to Marseilles Bank. They have all the amenities as the large big box banks except the hassle. The staff there couldn't be nicer. They have the fastest small loan process I have ever seen. I can also process all my farm checks on my phone or walk in and hand them the stack of checks and I don't even need to fill out a deposit slip. THEY DO IT ALL FOR ME!”
