My experience at this Circle K was great. This is in sharp contrast to my experience at the Circle K in Ottawa IL check out my review I asked these individuals the same question and was surprised that my item was indeed on sale it was an easy question to answer as it popped up on the screen as soon as the item was scanned. I will however note I was not a fan of their breakfast sandwiches but the customer service here was great!

The people that work here is a joke there’s a lady with a broken arm I literally go and try to buy cigarettes she refuses because the ID doesn’t look like me I give her two ideas I show her my credit cards and everything have my name on it I will just be going to Casey’s from now on I even pulled down my mask for her to see my face

We were here for Christmas and were very pleased with our stay. We received a beautiful gift basket from the hotel staff, and the breakfast was hearty and hit the spot. Staff is very friendly and all smiles .

I am a Burger King worker, if you're from the area, you know circle k is connected to Burger King, well I worked tonight and 2 workers, of which I don't know their names, but if more information is needed I can give you a solid description of them, had very harsh attitudes tonight. One demanded harshly that we close our gate because the bathroom was not open for use, the second time I had an issue with them tonight I had asked my manager and a friend I had in the lobby waiting for me to clock out and give me a ride home if their was anywhere close that was open because the bathrooms are shared between the circle k and Burger King. She started running her mouth, *...it is what it is" and started getting snappy at me like I just cursed her. All I said was, "you will not speak to me like that" and I walked away. I have to say these circle K employees are grossly unprofessional and very disrespectful. Might I add that my manager had left shortly after I did for the night and he had to drop the keys off. Well, she started telling him that I got ill with her and disrespectful when I have 2 witnesses to provide proof otherwise. I don't think I'll be using circle k for my needs. Casey's seems to be full of smiles and good spirited employees. Sorry Circle K your employees suck.

Not a clean place, all cluttered up and needs some febreeze or something in there too, people park right in front of doors and no one cares it's just a shame, better to go to Casey's

Average rating. The inside of the gas station is cluttered. Employees seem to be hit or miss on their moods, some days they are cheery, other days it seems like its the end of the world. But has some of the cheapest BP gas around so I don't mind making the trip on my way to work.

wonderful experiences every time, the manager and everybody in general is always extremely nice and i hope them all wonderful lives, location is nice, and don't get me started on the polar pops, they cost less than a dollar for a very reasonable amount, i actually am in love with this store, 5/5 would and will go again.

Horrible experience, cashier had me in tears when I left. Walking with a cane I wasn't walking fast enough to pay for my gas.
