Bait and switch. I called the day before arrival and was told it was a Good Sam campground at $40 per night. When I arrived, I was told that the person I spoke with had Alzheimers and that the price was $50. Whether the Alzheimers story was true (and I hope not), they should have honored the quoted price. We moved on to Illini State Park.

I have been a resident for 5 years. I have a beautiful lot (40) with plenty of room for my dog Snoop. The management could not be any better or more helpful. With fishing, camping, and holiday celebrations, like 4th of July and Halloween make this place very special. Bad wishers need a hotel.

Very dirty, if I was there longer, I would clean for free. .People are very friendly dogs barking a lot. They need rules do's an don't . Hopefully, in time, they will do it.Takes money and time.Service we had electric and water .sewer, but sewer pipe broken, but it worked.

This is a campground owned by an amazing family.... It's the best place to camp for your summer fun ..Nearby activities: Right down the street from the cliffs off road mudding and Chicago Zip lining!! Also not far from the state park !! Beautiful small towns of Marseilles, Seneca, Ottawa and Morris..All of these towns have special treasures... skating rink, bowling, fishing, plenty of restaurants and small locally owned shops retail, antique, clothing, and homemade decor.....

This campground is the bomb. Makes woodsmoke ranch look like woodsmoke trailer park. Amazing people.
