I don't have internet installed yet, but very excited to get it. The crew ran fiber to my house today (from the road) which is quite a run. I’ve had them for the past 4 almost 5 years. I have had great service with them. Anytime we’ve needed help which isn’t often, they’re always fast at the solution. I am pleased with the internet. It’s fast at 100 mbps and the tv with Dvr is nice. You can see your tv guide on your iPhone too. And you can pause anywhere in the house from your iPhone. My 1 tv was without the a step under the sport package. You’re looking at a price of $208 a month for both internet and tv. If you want a second tv with dvr it’s 20-30 bucks more. They give you a decent amount of storage for recordings. We were told that if your power goes out the recording will stay as scheduled and record at the Mtco communication building, they have their own backup power. But we haven’t had a situation where we’ve had that happen. They are good at verification of account information. They keep your info safeguarded which is reassuring because you just never know sometimes. They’re more reliable than Mediacom. Mediacom installs your service through a tunnel through your neighborhood that everyone who has Mediacom taps off that tunnel which slows you down. Meanwhile Mtco offers a direct line to a box for your service. Uninterrupted and no disruption from your neighbors playing video games and streaming. They do offer a WiFi repeater we that we needed to get internet connection across the house we have. All in all I couldn’t be happier with the service other than the cost of things. If they kept their tv service individually from the internet I would keep their service. But the cost keeps going up little by little over time and it’s time for me to move on. If they offered me a super crazy promotion deal of some sort I’d jump on it. But for now we thank you for your business. TTFN

Trash. They quote you lower than what they cost. Service men and women are thieves . Care about money not you or your internet. I cant do anything online unless I wait 5 min plus to load a single webpage.

I haven't had a major problem. Good for playing games online. Not the fastest download. 100gig game took about and hour. Their equipment isn't fantastic but it works well most of the time. No disconnects I couldn't see coming.I live in Marseilles about a mile from their office. Other places may not have the same experience as me.

Left Mediacom for MTCO, the office ladies were very helpful but the instillation team was even better. They even turned off my basement lights when they were done down there. Glad I switched !

One of if not the best company I have ever had service with. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I have had a few problems with the internet but they have come right out to try and fix the problem. I highly recommend them.

I have had there service for almost six months and they have been great, they let me switxh to my own rounter and saved me a few dollors a month with out any issues. A few months ago lightening hit a box and knock my internet out. They had a tech here under an hour and had it fixed in less then two. I have been with many ips and never had services that fast. Keep up the great work and I will stay with you guys while I'm here for sure. Thanks for what you do.

I read some bad reviews but my experience with mtco has been positive. The office staff are friendly and polite. The installer was professional and quick. The wifi works well. I have no complaints. For woodsmoke ranch you can conveniently start and stop service seasonally without charges, it's the best thing going. No contract. I have no complaints
