Treat their animals best they can.
Walks on trail behind the place and cats have a few rooms to play. Also a no kill shelter. Couldn't ask for a better shelter.

We adopted a wonderful Yorkie from here. Price is high for adapting, but that is because every animal has a vet check over and the care they needed. I debated on giving only four stars because my one concern is they do not seem to do a very thorough job of interviewing the adaptors to make sure the animal(s) will fit well with them and will have a good home. Communication is sometimes slow as they only do that via email and have limited staff. I thought I heard someone say they were tied to Peru University’s Priority for Paws program, but I don’t see evidence of that on Peru’s web site? Regardless, great experience.

Love pet project for all pet adopten needs. We adopted a kitten from there 4 years ago, and that experience was so good we went back when we wanted to adopt again. Yesterday, we adopted 2 more kittens. The staff there was so patient with us as we looked at all the kittens and played with them. They never pressured us to adopt, and we ended up with a brother and sister who are 8 weeks old. Highly recommend if you're looking to adopt a new pet.

Pet Project is an amazing pet adoption company! I have adopted one rescue dog from Pet Project and am in the process of finding the right fit for another with our current dogs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a furry addition to their family. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and caring, and they go above and beyond to make sure each pet finds the perfect forever home. Mary Driscoll, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the adoption process. Her expertise and passion for animal welfare truly shone through and made us feel confident in our decision. Thanks to Mary and the team at Pet Project, we are on track to find our perfect match. If you're looking for a pet adoption company that truly cares, look no further than Pet Project - you won't be disappointed!

We adopted one black puppy last of the litter from PPI. We named him Dakota then his litter brother was returned and Mary called us asking if we would be interested. Of course we were! We took Dakota to meet his brother Shasta and they knew they would be together for life. We had the boys for 15 years. They passed puppy obedience, adult obedience and good citizenship awards. They loved each other and eventually a little sister Carin Terrier Hailey.Near the end of the boys lives we found a shitzu mix female named her Bella. Hailey and Bella didn't come from PPI but the boys thought them the ropes. After loosing both Dakota and Shasta with absolute broken hearts for our boys. My husband found an adult dog at PPI that needed a good home. Hailey had passed after 17 years and Bella needed a brother. I have never adopted an adult dog but this one got along with Bella and as my husband opened the car door for me, and put Bella in her travel crate, this new pup decided he wasn't going in a travel crate, but jumped in my lap, wrapped his front paws around my neck and never let go all the way home. Over an hour of dust and hair and unlimited kisses. He claimed me as his person. I kept saying "he's so dusty" . Hubby named him "DUSTY" ! How great adopting an adult dog that was house trained and had great manners, put up with our Bellas big attitude for a little dog. They love each other and love their home and yard. They get into trouble together ❤ chasing squirrels up trees, Dusty has caught and killed baby bunnies, and has given some oppossums a scare of a lifetime.Listen if you are looking for a new pet, wether puppy or adult, we would definitely recommend adopting from PPI ( PET PROJECT INC)They make sure the fit is perfect!! We have loved all of our adopted fur babies from them. And would definitely look into adopting another puppy or even an adult dog and giving them a new home!!!These ladies care more than you know. They want to get it right. We Love PPI ?!!!Ken and Noreen Schuetz

Terrible, simply tried to contact them for some information and received the cold shoulder, it's like they pick and choose who they provide services for, you run a business you should be people friendly
