Excellent experience. Everything was better than expected. Took a short drive to laundry. Got a buzz in the onsite bar/restaurant 252. Great atmosphere, people and drinks. There was a perfect slip for my little boat. Everything was great. The Spring Brook Marina crew felt just like ohana. Thank you for everything!

This review is about a deal that did not go as planned. Despite well intentions, this yacht purchase went very wrong for a variety of reasons. Most of these reasons were not the fault of Spring Brook Marina. In the end, the fault was due to the manufacturer being less than transparent (to put it kindly). So much so, that I decided I wanted nothing to do with the boat or the brand. The true test of a reputable company is how they respond when things go wrong. This yacht manufacturer failed this test miserably. However, the broker, Kyle and Captain Dan with Spring Brook Marina stepped up without hesitation and found a solution. It was obvious that Spring Brook was more concerned about making things right and making sure they had a happy customer, than their bottom line. I've bought many boats, and these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend Spring Brook Marina and kudos to them for doing the right thing!

By far hands down, Zach…one of the best marine sales team I have ever worked with! Went to great lengthens to make sure the boat we bought was in the best possible condition before leaving. Jumped through endless hoops to make sure we were comfortable, trained, and well taken care of! Extremely Knowledgeable and friendly! 11/10 would recommend!!

WARNING !!!!WORST MARINA EVER !!!!!!!Had them work on a steering cable on a twin motor go fast boat and I got on the lake and they were reversed i had to steer the opposite way to go left I had to turn right vice verse horrible marina n still made me pay them 2400 n I fixed the problem myself cuz was going on vacation I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go to this marina very disappointed w everything

My wife and I decided to try the new 252 restaurant. We were very pleased with our choice. The place looks very fresh and clean, the service was attentive and very friendly and the food was good. Very nice deck for outdoor seating with a great view of the action on the river. We will return.

A welcome respite at the end of a challenging day. Slips are narrow, our assigned slip was taken when we arrived, and the entrance was challenging but a very nice marina resident helped us find another and it was a calm, safe harbor for the night. We were so grateful for Harry’s help and hospitality!

We came in on one engine. They went out of their way to try and help get us underway since we were on a time schedule. We weren't able to get it done, so we stayed there another night waiting for our ride home. Everyone we met from the staff to the community members were all awesome and super friendly. Great customer service and phenomenal experience. I have full faith in leaving our new to us boat with them and look forward to returning soon! Great place to stay, clean bathrooms/shower house, great parts and service department, and the food at their bar/restaurant was GREAT!! I definitely recommend this place!
