April and her crew were super chill and professional with our group! I had an exhilarating time on the 4 lines. We were well trained by April and the crew's guidance was really key in helping me feel safe and secure through my first experience zip lining! Thanks so much yall! 10/10 would highly recommend this experience!

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE!!!! Is this business even open anymore? I bought gift certificates online in January for my niece's birthday. Now trying to book and their online booking system doesn't work, they don't answer their phone...ever, and I've even messaged via their Facebook page. Absolutely no response. I guess I wasted $100 on gift certificates. Wish I could give a zero star review. Feels like this place is a scam company.

I called them today more then 5 times because I live in Chicago and I have more then 1 hour drive to this small town! I just wanted to check if they are open and I wanted to make reservation for me and my family! Finally after spending the whole morning calling this lady answered at exactly 11:48am and I was like “hi are you guys open and can I please make reservation?” She responded “No that’s why no one answered the phone” and she literally hung up! She was sooo rude and so unprofessional I will never call them again and never visit them. Many businesses have falsely advertised hours on google and their website so I wanted to double check before driving over 1 hour.

With the name being Zip CHICAGO I expected the company to be located somewhere near the city. Nope, over an hour drive to a small town from Chicago.

The entire experience from booking, being able to get answers before the event, check-in, guides, the course, and the family that runs Zip Chicago is absolutely the best. I would recommend the Zipline experience to anyone. We had people afraid of heights, an 80th birthday, etc and everyone of us loved it. They went out of the way to make the experience and 80th birthday event special.

This was an amazing experience. Our guides Adam and Conner were friendly and helpful. They made sure we were safe and had the best time. Despite the rain and walking in mud I would definitely go again. The owners were nice and friendly and the zip lines were so much fun. My kids enjoyed it being their first time zip lining. The next zip line will be the dark tour! Thanks for making our experience the best!

I'm conflicted. The people and the 'start' of the tour seemed fun, and friendly. However, we zip-lined once out the door, then THE RAIN came. We were all willing to continue however for our safety they stopped the tour and went back inside. They said we just 'leave our name' and can call back to re-schedule. Then they closed for covid, and I called and called and emailed to reschedule, and they never returned my calls. The money I spent for my sons birthday gift was gone. I suggest going anywhere but here.

We took a group of girl scouts here this past weekend and we had a blast. Our guides Pierre and Jesse were great. Highly recommend!

I had a great birthday at Zip Chicago! Adam, Ashley, and Andrew were great leaders on our 8 zip line tour. The zip lines were not as high or long as other places I’ve been, but there were no stairs to climb so it’s fair trade off in my opinion. I would definitely come back!

First time ever ziplining here! Our guides (Pierre and Anthony) were so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I didn't feel unsafe, and they were sure to answer questions and joke around with us. All of the staff was incredibly kind. I had a great experience and I can't wait to come back!

Zip line tour was fun. However I had a package purchase so I was supposed to do the utv tour as well. On my scheduled day they said utv tours weren’t available only Ziplining. I was told I would have to do it another day. When I called to try to schedule a day, I was told they’ll have to speak to management about the situation first. I was supposed to receive a call back never got it. I called an additional three times, stil no help. So I lost money and was basically over charged just to zip line .
