The staff are always helpful and friendly. The doctor seems very knowledgeable and really seems to care about and love animals. Frankly I feel like the office could use a little paint and repairs, but that is simply a cosmetic thing, not something that has anything to do with my pets' care.

Had new puppy & was looking for new Vet. Took time to answer all my questions & explained things to me. Took my puppy in for a blood test but was not needed after physical exam so vet did not push issue & explained it was an expensive test. The only semi bad thing I have to say is rooms & building outdated but I left very satisfied & will continue her services.

Their team is amazing! I switched vets, and couldn't be happier. I only wish I had done it sooner. They don't rush through your appointment, and really care about animals. They have an app that makes it very easy to schedule appointments and ask questions. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could.

I needed to have my cat spade. She has a psychotic problem. The office gave me an oral injection to give her prior to bringing her in. Those directions were followed. Took the cat in. Staff was so incompetent they could not get her out of cage. This occurred twice. I paid for the med twice. After the 2nd time I was bluntly told over the PHONE to have my cat euthanized because she was uncontrollable. I took my cat to another Clinic in town and they accomplished the procedure without incident.
