One of the best break downs I ever experienced. This man above and beyond to help my company and me I highly recommend him if you find yourself on I70 in Marshall Illinois. Nave saved the day! Blew a turbo hose on a Sunday morning at 10 AM. Found Nave’s shop on Google around 11:30. Had tow truck drop us at a truck stop (could have avoided that charge had we been smart). Sent photos to Nave of the parts needed and we were back on the road before 1 pm! Thanks Nave!

This guy is extremely professional and thorough with his work. He fixed my truck while I was away on vacation and he communicated with me very well throughout the entire process. The job consisted of replacing a fuel hose which was an extremely hard job, my honest opinion. The hose was connected from the front of the engine all the way back past the transmission. It was Sunday Labor Day weekend and we couldn’t find anyone to help with a def system issue. The first mechanic cleared all the faults in the system and about 1 hour later they all reappeared after we paid over 2 thousand dollars.We contacted Jordan and explained to him our situation, and he immediately understood the issue and told us that he had the software to fix the problem. He showed up promptly and began diagnosing the truck. A very cool guy, we had a Chance to really talk while performing the efficiency tests and regens. He was very knowledgeable and cleared all the faults and the truck ran beautifully after that. Very reasonable price for the job and I definitely recommend him. He’s the reason we were finally able to get back on the road heading home.
