Kim is NOT the branch manager AND has no business closing peoples accounts. Customers have rights and you either do your job to protect the customer or you need to find something else to do.
She demoted herself previously because she couldn't handle the job. Red flag!

There were issues with the free checking account being billed a monthly service fee, yet their reason (paper statements wasn't valid (never a statement received, numerous other concerns went unaddressed, now my title is weeks late and still MIA.
