“Our PCP is in this building and it seems nice. They have a friendly receptionist that can give you directions to the right department if you need assistance and all staff I've encountered have been very nice. The building seems well maintained and clean. My only complaint is there isn't a baby changing table in the lobby bathroom. I had to change my son on my jacket spread on the bathroom floor”

“I have been going here for years and have always been able to get in when needed and with good care. Front office staff is efficient and polite to me. I know that’s a hard job and can be a revolving door of people. Patient load is a tough, peaky challenge to address with good customer service, but I have always been treated well. This cannot be said for other major providers in the metro area such as Barnes/Wash U.”
