I've been to this eye doctor a few times now and they are always amazing. They speak clearly, they do NOT talk down to you and they are clear about what they are doing and want YOU to do during doctor exams

They were great, but was there almost 2 hours. Plus there was staff/nurse standing around talking about lunch and what they wanted. I don't understand why they over book like that.
